Where has the time gone?

I can't believe how quickly the time has gone since I last blogged! Ah well, never mind eh?

Anyway, I recently had a birthday and got lots of money off my wonderful family so that I could get more crafting supplies. Although my money didn't go as far as I would have liked I was still really happy with what I got. The best of all was off my lovely partner who treat me to a BigShot...yay! I then spent half of my money buying new dies for it lol.

I've managed to do some more on the scrapbook that I'm doing for my boyfriends grandma and I've done my first ever ATC. I really enjoyed doing it and am planning to do one to represent each scrapbook that I've made. It's really good fun and quick to do when you haven't got much spare time.

On the family front, I've been potty training my daughter and "by george I think she's got it!" We didn't have a single accident today so I'm thrilled to bits.

Finally!

I managed to do a bit more scrapping today.

I'm currently making a mini for my boyfriends' grandma. So far I haven't managed to do a single scrapbook for myself! When I first decided to start scrapbooking my mum ended up asking me to do one for her, so that was scrap book number 1. She then mentioned it to my auntie, who was looking to gather together newspaper clips for my uncles shop (her brother), so that was scrap book number 2. After that I thought "finally" I get to do one for myself when, at the last moment, my boyfriend asked me to do one for his grandma for Christmas. I'd already started on one for myself and, as it was only a week before the big day, I thought I best donate the one I'd started. Unfortunately, it didn't work out in time so I'm now aiming to have it ready for her birthday in April. I know this is ages away but, with my lack of time, and the fact I'm going to have to put all the pictures and journaling in, I need to give myself as much time as I can lol.

I've also been suffering with a complete mental block as well so I'm just sooooo glad that my brain has decided to unfreeze.

Anyway, if anyone ends up reading this, please feel free to share any experiences or hardships you have faced trying to complete your own scrapbooks. I'd love to hear from you.

Arghhhh!

I haven't been able to do any scrap booking for ages now as my youngest child (7 months) takes up most of my time and any free time is then taken up by my 2 year old! I'm starting to have withdrawal symptoms lol. Does anyone else struggle to find the time with little ones around?
